Terms of Service for KnowledgeWork.one Membership Platform

Welcome to KnowledgeWork.one! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our membership platform, which connects knowledge workers by publishing reviews of tools and frameworks. By accessing or using the KnowledgeWork.one website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

   By accessing or using the Platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility

   In order to fully utilize the features offered on our Platform, users must create an account.    As a member of KnowledgeWork.one, you may contribute content such as reviews, ratings, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You retain ownership rights over your User Content but understand that it may be publicly displayed on our Platform. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate in our sole discretion.

1. Prohibited Conduct
   When using our Platform:

a) You must not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
b) You must not infringe upon intellectual property rights.
c) You must not engage in unauthorized commercial activities.

   or timeliness of any information provided. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

c) Statements made by any third party on the Platform;
d) Any other matter relating to the platform;

1. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnowledgeWork.one and its affiliates from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.
2. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
